My mother warned me not to plant mint in my garden. She said it will grow out of control. Well I have a solution for that, grow it in a pot. And then juicing it three sprigs at a time!
This juice was so refreshing yet delicious I couldn’t drink slowly. The cool combination of mint and cucumber took me away to a relaxed place in my mind- beachside at Turks and Caicos.The chard and pepper add that fresh, green, crisp flavor that you want out of a green juice. The only thing missing? A little umbrella and sand between my toes!
Combine ingredients through a masicating juicer-
3 mint springs
6 chard greens (or other leafy greens)
1 sweet pepper
