Organic Ingredients:

8 spears of asparagus cut into small cubes

1 white onion diced

4 ounces raw milk cheddar cut to small cubes or crumbles

salt, pepper, & a touch of cinnamon to taste

Prepare ingredients and toss together in a large bowl.

I served this as a side to a loaded caprese!
