Organic Ingredients:

1 large white onion minced

1 small package of celery diced

4 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves minced

1tsp black pepper

1 tbsp Himalayan sea salt

Dash of ginger powder

2 tbsp fresh grated turmeric

2 1/2 cups red lentil

1 gallon purified water

1 cup frozen spinach

3/4 cup chopped cilantro

Melt butter in the bottom of the pot you’re making soup in. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cover and cook down on medium high heat until onions are soft. Add water, salt, pepper, and ginger. Bring to a boil.

Add spinach, lentil, and turmeric. Allow to slow boil for at least 20 minutes or until lentils are soft an completely cooked through. Add fine chopped cilantro for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Since lentils will sink to the bottom be sure to stir before serving.
