1 onion sliced
Small Bulb garlic or 8/10 cloves minced
1 lb turkey sausage cubed
32 oz. chicken stock
1 can 16 oz cannellini beans
1 can butter beans
1/2 cup Parmesan
Mince garlic and slice onion.
Cook onions, garlic, and sausage in skillet with extra virgin olive oil.
Cook this until onions are translucent. Add to skillet the washed, chopped greens.
Add chicken stock and cover pan with lid.
Bring that mixture to a boil then simmer until greens are wilted, about 1/2 hour on simmer.
Serve topped with any extra cheese orherbs to taste and ENJOY!!
